1. The service

Mosar gives your business AI staff that reply to your customers on WhatsApp and help with sales, marketing, website monitoring and reporting, depending on the departments you enable.

AI staff can make mistakes. You decide whether each department acts on its own or with your approval, and you are responsible for keeping your business information (prices, products, policies) accurate. We are not responsible for replies based on wrong or outdated information in your account.

2. Your account

• Your sign-up details must be accurate, and you are responsible for all activity under your account and by your team members.
• Your WhatsApp number and Facebook and Instagram pages remain yours. We access them through permissions you grant and can revoke at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Mosar to:

• Message people who have not asked to hear from you, or otherwise break the WhatsApp Business and Meta Commerce policies.
• Sell or promote anything illegal, or publish misleading or fraudulent content.
• Try to access another business's data, disrupt the platform, or copy it.

If you do, we may suspend the account, and in serious cases close it without a refund.

4. Subscription and payment

• The subscription is the base plan plus the extra departments you enable; prices are shown on the subscription page before you pay.
• Payment is in advance, monthly or yearly. A year costs the price of 10 months.
• A subscription period starts the day after payment. If you renew before it ends, the new period starts after the last day of the current one.
• We remind you a week before renewal. If the date passes unpaid you have a 7-day grace period; after that the AI staff pause until you pay, and your data is kept.
• Online payments go through Paymob (card or mobile wallet), or you can pay by transfer. We never see or store card details.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
• Discount offers (such as the early-bird offer) have the conditions stated at the time. Early-bird customers keep their price as long as their account stays open.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel renewal at any time; the service keeps running until the last day of the paid period.
• Monthly subscriptions are not refundable once the period has started.
• Yearly subscriptions: cancel within the first 14 days of the period for a full refund. After that they are not refundable.
• If the service is down on our side for more than 7 consecutive days during a paid period, we extend your period or refund the unused part.

6. Your data and content

• Your business and customer data belong to you. We process them on your behalf under our privacy policy.
• Posts, replies and reports the AI staff produce for your business are yours to use as you wish.
• The platform itself (code, design and name) belongs to Mosar.

7. Third-party services

Mosar works with other services: Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), Anthropic (the Claude model), Paymob (payments), and the sales and shipping systems you connect. Each has its own terms, and any fees one of them charges to your account with it are yours. If one of them stops working or changes its terms, parts of Mosar may be affected.

8. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will never stop or that every reply will be correct. In all cases our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

9. Suspension and closure

You can close your account at any time by asking us. After closure we delete your data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we give at least 14 days' notice, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

11. Intellectual property

The Mosar name and mark, logo, and the design, text, images and code of the website and dashboard belong to Mosar. Copying the site or any part of it, imitating its design, or using the name or logo without our written permission is prohibited, and we may take legal action and request removal of any copy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
